Located in a leafy north shore suburb close to public transport and community facilities, the client sought to provide medium density apartment living with appeal to the mature local market, therefore the brief was to create a sophisticated and stately development.
The building is separated into distinct entries creating 2 smaller `communities’ of 12-13 units each, generating a boutique quality in this development and providing a greater sense of ownership to the individual residents.
Ninety percent of units enjoy a northerly orientation and the remaining units are north-easterly, providing optimum amenity to indoor and outdoor living areas. A range of 2 or 3 bedroom units are planned efficiently, allowing for a diverse residential mix. A palette of brown heritage face brick, charcoal masonry and a selection of painted and rendered elements contribute to the building’s presence.
